“We would highly recommend Perfectly Paired for your day-of wedding coordination! Amanda & Isabelle are extremely attentive, organized, and detail-oriented. They ensured our wedding (on 7/28/23) went off without a hitch (or at least the bride wasn’t aware of any SNAFU’s, which we think means Perfectly Paired did their job well!). We met with Amanda & Isabelle in-person a few times, and did a lot of communication through email & a shared Google Drive (for vendor contracts, day-of timeline, wedding party contact, etc). If this doesn’t seem like much contact, I can assure you they promptly responded to our many questions, and we felt well-guided through the entire process. We felt very confident of their experience in wedding day coordination and they were great at helping us break down and prioritize what felt like six million tasks of wedding planning into more manageable chunks.

One of Perfectly Paired’s most shining features is that there are two of them! They work together and compliment each other very well. It helps that they’re sisters, but the fact that they truly know each other’s strengths helps them work well together as a team. On the wedding day, I LOVED that they were both there and could essentially divide and conquer. I liked knowing that if Isabelle was helping me bustle my dress (which she did!), Amanda was still available to be in communication with vendors or making sure everything was still flowing smoothly.
